Fall 2024 Ambassador Program 

GroupMe recently launched GroupMe Campus, a feature within the app that allows students to discover exclusive group chats and find communities on their campus. In the Spring and Fall 2024 semesters, The Campus Agency managed a GroupMe ambassador program where ambassadors were responsible for creating social content, hosting on campus events, creating and managing group chats, and helping organizations integrate GroupMe into their recruiting and organization management strategies. In addition to tabling events and exclusive events with different groups on campus, ambassadors also targeted larger scale club fair events where they could reach multiple students and organizations all at once. 

Results

  • 67,897 students signed up for GroupMe Campus 
  • Events:
    • 103 on campus events were held
    • 8891 students attended those events 
  • 294 organizations created a GroupMe Campus group chat 
  • 10,000 students joined ambassador led GroupMe Campus group chats 
  • 177 videos were posted across Instagram and TikTok with over 150,000 impressions
