Sazerac
Fall 2024 Ambassador Program

During the Fall 2024 semester, the Campus Agency managed a Sazerac ambassador program with a total of 66 ambassadors and 110 influencers across 11 target campuses. The target campuses were spread out across the country and the campaign was adjusted by region to ensure that Sazerac was showing up in the most relevant way on each campus. Ambassadors promoted 5 Sazerac brands including Fireball, BuzzBallz, Mango Shotta, Wheatley Vodka, and Southern Comfort.
For this program, ambassadors/influencers were responsible for hosting sampling events, promoting large scale events to their peers, and creating content to be featured on a Sazerac branded Instagram page. All social posts were boosted to 21+ students on select campuses and gained over 4.5 million impressions.
Additionally, The Campus Agency planned and executed 14 large scale events where students had the opportunity to sample products in an interactive environment with themed merch, photo opportunities, games, and more! These events took place at popular bars near campus to ensure that Sazerac was able to reach students in an environment that is already incorporated into their routine and habits.
Despite complex compliance requirements within the alcohol industry, our team was able to find unique ways to promote the college demographic while still ensuring that the campaign was targeting students who were of legal drinking age.
