On-Campus Experiential Marketing Program

In the fall of 2022, Discord was looking for a unique and memorable way to target students during the always busy “back to school” season to convert Discord brand loyalists into ravid fans of Discord’s exclusive Student Hubs.

The Solution: 

  • A wickedly engaging and interactive mobile tour that featured a custom branded vending machine filled with highly sought after custom branded Discord merch that caused buzz and endless foot traffic
  • Our tour was a whirlwind adventure, hitting up five major campuses over seven insanely high energy activation days, including Cal Berkeley (2 days), UCLA, University of Washington (2 days), UC Davis, and Arizona State.
  • By the end of the tour, we signed up over 6,000 student conversions across the board. It was wild, it was loud, and it was an absolute blast!
